AFTER YOUR REGISTRATION
Check for your login instructions, how to prepare for the class and a PDF workbook with lesson files.
Test your computer and high-speed stable internet connection, test the Adobe software you will be training on. Dual monitors are recommended using one screen to watch the instructor and work on the other. Audio is VoIP through your computer (free of charge) a headset and microphone is recommended.
STARTING YOUR TRAINING
Log into the classroom 15 minutes before the start of class, using the instructions that are sent after you complete registration. Once logged in, follow the onscreen instructions to activate the audio. You will be greeted by your instructor they will make their screen visible to you at your workstation, you will be able to interact with the instructor and other students throughout the course.
COURSEWARE FORMAT POLICY
All Live Virtual Classroom training courses include lesson files and PDF versions of Adobe Authorized Courseware. E-reading device is not provided by ACS Trainer.
Payment can be made using Personal or Company Credit Card. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. Payment is due upon registration. A participant may withdraw from a course after registration provided that ACS Trainer is advised in writing 10 working days prior to the start of the class. A full refund will be provided.
CANCELLING AN OPEN ENROLMENT REGISTRATION
If a participant withdraws within five days of the course date the fee is payable in full. A participant may authorize another individual from the same company to attend the class with no fee penalty. If a participant elects to rescheduled the class during this five day period, it will be subject to a $75.00 administration fee. Failure to attend a course without notification will result in a 100% charge of the total course fee.
Live Virtual Classroom training is delivered via high speed internet using desktop sharing technology to connect our leading Certified Instructor to students in a virtual classroom environment. ACS Trainer is not responsible for the client's computer hardware/software or Internet connectivity problems. If you or your instructor cannot access the virtual meeting space due to Internet connectivity problems, your class may be cancelled. In that case, you will be enrolled into the next scheduled class (applicable to public classes) or to reschedule your company training session to the next available date.
ACS Trainer also reserves the right to postpone or cancel the a training session five working days prior to the start date. We do reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any training session due to insufficient enrolment (applicable to public classes), scheduling conflicts or circumstances beyond our control. If cancellation is necessary, your full registration fee will be refunded, at your written request. In the event we must cancel or reschedule a class, however, we are not liable for anything other than the money paid to us. We can not accept liability for travel arrangements or other expenses incurred by our clients. In the event we must cancel a class we offer the following:
1) Clients may choose to reschedule their training session to the next available date at no charge or administrative fee.
2) Clients may elect to receive a credit good for any course our company offers.
3) Clients may receive a full registration fee refund, at their written request.
